How do I book an appointment?

Do you have parking at the salon?

Yes we have a small car park at the rear of the building which is accessed through a narrow passage to the left of the salon. We advice taking caution when entering and exiting the salon car park.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept cash and all debit cards/credit cards except American Express. We do not accept cheques.

Do you offer a fringe trim service?

Yes we offer will happily trim our clients fringes between appointments and no appointment is usually necessary.

What happens if I am late?

While we hope that you will always get to your appointment on time it is understandable that unforeseen circumstances may delay you. As long as your lateness does not impact on another appointment we will do everything we can to accommodate. However if we do not feel we have sufficient time to complete your service to our standards then we would look to book it in again on another day.

What is your cancellation policy?

We can amend or cancel appointments up to 24 hours in advance. However late cancellations or appointment non attendance may result in us charging up to 50% of the missed appointment.

How far in advance do I have to book?

The vast majority of our clients book their next appointment while in salon so our schedule can get very busy. We would urge clients to book 3-6 weeks in advance to get the time they would like. Our busiest times are Friday evening and all day Saturday so these usually have a longer waiting time for available appointments.

Do I need a skin test before my colour service appointment?

Yes. If you have not been for a colour appointment in the past 6 months and we do not have an up to date skin test on file.

How do you price your services?

All prices are based on a combination of the level of experience and education of the stylist and the quality and exclusivity of the products and materials we use to complete your service.

Why do I need allergy test? I’ve had my hair coloured before.

Your health and wellbeing is of the highest priority. Some people can develop an allergic reaction to hair colouring products over time which have serious consequences. We use clever test patches to detect any risk and avoid unwanted complications.

Do you offer consultations?

We offer free consultations by appointment. This is a great place to start when thinking of a change to cut or colour and a must before any extensions application.

Can I bring my child with me to my appointment?

Well behaved children are welcome in the salon. However please bare in mind that other clients have come for a relaxing time so we would ask you keep any digital devices your children use on a quiet setting and they remain seated in our waiting area.

Can I buy a gift voucher?

Gift vouchers are available and can be purchased in any amount and redeemed against future services or products.

Do you have any loyalty schemes?

We currently operate three loyalty schemes for recommending a friend, regular blow dry services and gents hairdressing services. Pick up a card in salon and start earning money off or free services.

Do you have disabled access?

While we do have steps at the front of the salon a nearly flat entrance is available from the car park by request. Please call the salon and have a chat with us if you have any issues and we will do everything in our power to accommodate.
